Custom and personalized orders
I will provide custom made dog coats when measurements are given. Those measurements must include neck, neck to tail, and girth. I might contact you to make sure measurements are correct, and any other information that will help me create your one of a kind dog coat. I will also contact you if no color is indicated.
I will also be in contact for other products if nothing is specified for them, since most of my products are custom made.

Care instructions
Dog apparel and dog beds require cold water wash, gentle cycle and hang to dry. Please close hook and loop closures to avoid pulling on fabric while in the wash.
Art work, mirror, balsam pillow just require a damp cloth to remove dust buildup.
Gift wrapping and packaging
